If anyone still checks this bad boy, please check out my newest Twitter endeavor at @peachgrenade. My friend & I are writing jokes and whatnot. We think it's funny, but we're biased.

I've started a new Twitter account to get away from my old, full-name one. Get at me dog (did I use that right?) at gregisboring. I'm at least more talkative there than I have been here, if nothing else.

Did I forget to post yesterday or something? It feels like it's been a couple of days, for whatever reason.

I shaved my beard yesterday. Some lady in the break room just asked me where my "man hair" was.

Spidey
I ended up at the Dollar Tree at lunch one day last week while tagging with a friend who was running errands. I've never been a big fan of dollar stores but have come to realize that you can at least find funny stuff if you look hard enough.

Take for instance this particular store's chocolate Easter bunny display; it cracked me up so much that I took a picture of every single bunny on the front of the display.

Got this email from school today.

Study abroad at Hogwarts this summer!

The University of Mississippi is holding several study abroad programs for UM credit this summer at Alnwick Castle, which was the location for Hogwarts in the Harry Potter films!

Alnwick Castle is the second largest inhabited castle in England and has been the home of the Percys, Earls, and Dukes of Northumberland since 1309, making 2009 its 700-year anniversary. This glorious medieval castle also served as the location in films like Elizabeth and Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves.

Should I sign anyone up?

A minor gripe before we proceed.

The original 1941 film upon which this is based is called The Wolf Man. This updated version is called The Wolfman. Best I can tell there’s no real reason for the change, but it allows me to be silly and pronounce it in a way that sounds like “Scotsman”. Try it, it’s fun.

Rambo Potato Head
The guy sitting next to us at P.F. Chang's last night was a brick shizhouse. He was at least as tall as I am and had a good 50lbs (maybe more) on me. He was pro wrestler huge.

I was just lamenting the fact to Linzie that I'd never be anywhere near that big when he stood up to leave, at which point his girlfriend/wife had to put his jacket on him. It made me feel better to know that I may not be "in shape", but at least I can dress myself.
